I Can’t Get No Statisfacton, Cause I Don’t Track.

Summary:

Track your results.

Track 3-5 statistics (don’t over do it)

Use the Trck.me Dashboard as a snapshot of your business.

Record daily

Tally results and the end of the week and put on a spreadsheet and graph the result.

Use the graphs to guide your action plan for the following week.

  • The Rolling Stones Rule!!

I had never considered making a personal graph. What a great idea. As you might imagine, I do use the numbers from trck.me and keep fairly close track of them. Well, ok. I can pretty well guess on any given day what they will be:)

I too, use and recommend the dashboard graph. After a while, I can spot problems right from there.

    Great post, Nick. Just great.

  • I have no doubt Tom, as the creator of trackeryme.com you keep a close eye on your stats. I think that quick glance at the dashboard each day and a weekly tally can tell an important story about how your business is doing. I love graphs because they are like a picture. Rather than getting all caught up in the numbers you actually see what is going on at a glance.

    Thanks for your comments.
