The talk in this community of late, is about plus 1. We even have a new program launches called : Plus 1 Success. The program is designed to help us plus 1 it everyday.

High Five if you 1 Plus it today.

But have you ever thought about what happens if you don’t Plus 1 it. (no pressure here).

In this really good video Brain Johnson talks about The Highest Goal: The Secret That Sustains You in Every Moment by Michael Ray. During the talk he show us what happens when we fail to plus one it, and how we usually feel as a result. I’ve listened to this video a few time with my mouth open in awe  because Brian Johnson drops more nuggets into a short video than anyone else I know.

Watching this Video today would definitely be considered a Plus One.

I’m adding this book to my buy list.

Also in terms of  Plus 1 I’m reading DotCom Secrets: The Underground Playbook for Growing Your Company Online by Russell Brunson. If you are serious about your business you really want to read this book. What I’ve learned just in how to craft a good email series, or just a  broadcast email, is worth the price of entry, and honestly I am doing as Russell recommended and reading through the book first before I actually start doing some of the things he talks about, but I couldn’t really resist trying it out. I don’t want to take you away from this page at the moment, but if you haven’t seen this post Standing in the Chocolate Bar Minding My Own Business When…. well I know I’m kind of bias, but it got me immediate sales, to prove the point. The inspiration came from the book.

I suppose I’m beating the horse to death here, but books are a good way to Plus 1 It.

Another book I’ve put on my buy list is How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big: Kind of the Story of My Life by Scott Adams

Imagine having so much clarity on the systems that work for you that you know precisely what you’ll be doing a few years from now on a Saturday morning at 6:20 A.M.

One of my passions is to developed and maintain a daily practice. Recently when I attended a Brendon Burchard workshop in Santa Clara, called the High Performance Academy, much of the workshop talked about systems, what systems to use to enhance your performance each and everyday. Essentially to one plus it on a consistent daily basis. That’s what Plus 1 Success is design to help you do.

  • By using a Plus One plan to improve your life you make what on the surface seems barely noticeable changes in your behavior that add up over time. (Something like when stat with a penny and you double it every day you end up with over a million dollars in 30 days).
