I love spending time each morning reading just to improve myself.  I benefit from this habit every day. Here is just one example.

  • there are however some bad habits that we must change like smoking, following to closely when driving, eating between meals, eating too much, eating junk foods in place of meals, are just a few.. I use NLP techniques to help people to get rid of bad habits and replace them with better one that support a better you inside… nicks idea of getting up early and taking a walk is healthy.
    Think of others and their feelings while watching you do bad habits how that pains them to see you abuse your body by smoking or drinking too much, for example…… open your mind to new ideas how to change bad to good habits…..:-)
